These Terms govern your use of our website and services provided by Soumya IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), registered in India. By using our services, you confirm you are 18+ years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
You agree NOT to use our website to: violate any laws, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, harvest user data, impersonate the Company, or engage in conduct that restricts others' use of the website.
All website content — text, graphics, logos, code, and software — is owned by Soumya IT Solution and protected under Indian and international copyright law. Client Work: Upon full payment, IP rights for custom-developed software and designs transfer to the client per the project agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. We sign NDAs before project discussions. This obligation survives project termination for 3 years.
We warrant services will be performed professionally per industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, traffic, rankings) as these depend on many external factors beyond our control. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, the client pays for all work completed to date, and we deliver all completed files upon receipt of final payment. Confidentiality obligations continue as specified.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sikar, Rajasthan. Before legal proceedings, parties will attempt good-faith negotiation; failing which, disputes are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
